Andy Gillin is the most knowledgeable, professional, hard working, honorable and compassionate attorney in the Bay Area. Andy’s office and incredible staff has handled three of my automobile accident claims over a span of 20 years, the most recent was a traumatic car accident on the Bay Bridge in February 2022. As a former claim handler who worked in the insurance industry for 24 years, I tried to handle everything myself, settling my total loss but it was too stressful since I was still struggling with injuries/pain. Andy and Kristin are pure godsends. My brother and his friends experienced a tragic car accident where they were hit head on and that took the life of one of the boys. I participated in the Thanksgiving Free Cab Ride Program. This is so great that GJEL does this for a number of Bay Area counties! After registering, there were a few simple steps and a deadline to submit my fare receipt. My refund came quickly. I was happy to take a cab both ways to dinner—one carrying food, the other returning late after lots of food and wine—since one fare would be reimbursed. And I supported local cab drivers.
